Adult CPR and AED Training

This course trains students to give CPR and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. Students will learn how to perform high-quality CPR on an adult, learn the concepts of the Chain of Survival and recognize when someone needs CPR. The course demonstrates how to use an AED on an adult. It is designed for individuals with limited or no medical training who need a course completion card in CPR and AED use to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements. This course is ideal for correctional officers, childcare workers, security guards, maintenance workers, school personnel, hotel housekeepers, and health and fitness club staff. (1 meeting)
